The set consists of two wooden stilts. What makes them special:

• three-level height adjustment thanks to holes in the stilts,
• comfortable grips,
• stilts ending with rubber ensuring stability,
• cross plates ensuring a stable foot position.

We recommend performing several exercises before walking on stilts for easier learning of stilt movement:

• standing on one leg,
• jumping on one leg,
• balancing on platforms,
• swinging.

After doing the exercises, we can start learning to stand on stilts. On one leg, on two legs. Once we master balance, we can gradually increase the height of the steps and showcase our amazing skills :-) The product can be used both indoors and outdoors.
