ASEPTIC Crib Mattress with Antibacterial Foam: Size - 140x70

A mattress with excellent antibacterial and anti-allergic properties. Like our other mattresses, it is made from highly elastic HR35 foam, but without additional functional layers. This allows the antibacterial properties of the foam to play a key role along with excellent and healthy support for your child.

Aseptic Mattress - antibacterial and anti-allergic mattress

The denser and heavier the foam, the more resistant it is to deformation. A popular choice in children's mattresses is T 18 foam (18 kg/m3 – very low density and high risk of deformation). In the Aseptic mattress, we use VitaRest® HR 35/32 foam (which means more foam in the foam). It ensures sleep without unwanted indentations that can adversely affect the developing spine of a child. The core thickness of the mattress is 10 cm. The mattress is medium firm.

Up to 2 different sleeping surfaces

• Different firmness on each side of the mattress allows you to adjust the mattress to your child's comfort. One side is recommended up to approximately 12 months of age, the other later.

Antibacterial foam inside

• The use of antibacterial foams not only slows the growth of bacteria, fungi, and molds in the mattress but also limits the lifespan of microorganisms.

Intended use:

Rücken mattresses ensure free air circulation, preventing excessive sweating during sleep. Air Pro – integrated ventilation system, the mattress breathes

Air Pro is a system designed in the mattress to ensure optimal temperature and sleep hygiene for your child in the crib. Air Pro is:

• Numerous horizontal ventilation channels on both sleeping surfaces are integrated with vertical channels running through the thickness of the mattress and channels cut inside the core. This construction allows free air supply into the children's mattress, through a 3D ventilation mesh sewn around the entire perimeter of the cover
• Free ventilation helps maintain a comfortable sleep temperature, reduces the number of awakenings caused by overheating of the child, reduces the risk of growth of bacteria, fungi, molds, and mites, thereby improving sleep hygiene in the crib
• special profile of ventilation channels across the entire sleeping surface on both sides of the Aseptic children's mattress is integrated with the Air Pro system.

The denser and heavier the foam, the more resistant it is to deformation. A popular choice in children's mattresses is T 18 foam (18 kg/m3 – very low density and high risk of deformation). In the Aseptic mattress, we use VitaRest® HR 35/32 foam (which means more foam in the foam). It ensures sleep without unwanted indentations that can adversely affect the developing spine of a child. Additionally, highly elastic foams are more resistant to deformation than regular PUR foams even at the same weight [more]. The core thickness of the mattress is 10 cm. The mattress is medium firm.

3D ventilation mesh of the Air Pro system sewn around the perimeter of the mattress

We have sewn a ventilation mesh around the entire perimeter of the mattress, which works with the mattress's ventilation channels.

The cover mesh and vertical and horizontal channels are fully integrated - thus creating an extensive network and the mattress breathes.

Highly elastic VitaRest® HR 3532 foam – unique construction ensuring ventilation effect

Numerous tests confirm that this foam provides a special ventilation effect for the sleeping person, reduces sweating and pressure on the most protruding parts of the spine, relieves neck and back pain, and provides an anti-decubitus effect, which ultimately translates into comfortable sleep.

360° frame made of reinforced foam – safe learning to walk

Little explorers make their first attempts to stand and walk in the crib. To ensure ease of learning, but also safety, so that the foot does not slip, we added reinforced foam around the mattress. Such a construction stabilizes the base for the child's first steps. It is also important to note that the frame was added so that all ventilation channels inside the mattress are passable, not disrupting ventilation. It is also important to note that the 360° frame ensures safety around the crib, i.e., everywhere the child can grab the crib railings.

Mattress cover – noble TENCEL™ fiber coated with Hydro Max

The cover on our crib mattress is made of high-quality knit, from modern TENCEL™ fibers of natural origin. It is gentle on the skin, but importantly, effectively manages moisture. Rücken is also naturally antibacterial and anti-allergic, which significantly cooperates with the antibacterial core of the children's mattress. What is most important about our cover:

• TENCEL™ absorbs and releases 50% more water vapor into the environment than cotton, is noble to the touch and durable, unique fiber properties ensure that on cold nights it provides warmth and in summer pleasantly cools
• Research shows that bacteria on TENCEL™ covers multiply significantly slower than on polyester or cotton covers
• Cover made of TENCEL™ fibers of natural origin, made from cellulose, i.e., wood
• Easy to maintain cleanliness, stable even with repeated washing at temperatures up to 60°C
• The cover is coated with Hydro MAX, which effectively slows the penetration of liquids inside.

Double-sided mattress – adapted to the child's age

The construction of our mattresses, consulted with physiotherapists, perfectly cooperates with the changing needs of a rapidly developing child's spine. We placed profiles in the foams and vertical channels to enhance airflow, and the ability to use both sides of the mattress reduces the number of multiplying microorganisms.

• side with repeating channels - recommended up to 12 kg. Ventilation channels of the same depth cut in the foam ensure even support for the child and excellent ventilation in the initial phase.
• side with a unique profile - ideal from 12 kilograms. Unique profiles on the second side form several zones of firmness, which translates into less pressure on the most protruding parts of the body and even support for the spine of an older child.

360° zip cover – washable half cover

It is important to note that the cleanliness of the crib mattress guarantees less exposure of your child to allergens and bacteria. With this in mind, we used a 360° zip in our products, which:

• Divides the cover into two parts. This solution allows washing only the soiled half of the mattress cover.
• When washing the soiled part, it fits more easily into the washing machine and is also easier to put back on. The cover is suitable for washing at a temperature of 60°C.
• For the safety of the child, the slider of the 360° zip is hidden under the Rücken label

Products awarded the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 mark are free from harmful substances in concentrations that have a negative impact on human health, including pesticides, chlorophenols, formaldehyde, allergenic dyes, banned azo dyes, and extractable heavy metals.

We cut the foams of our mattresses on-site with the utmost care, under the supervision of experienced technologists, in one of the most modern cutting facilities in Poland.
