This warming pillow is filled with cherry stones, which provide the same effect as buckwheat hulls. Cherry stones brilliantly retain warmth and transfer it to the area you choose.

They use the same principal as buckwheat hulls. The advantage of cherry stones is that they are machine washable unlike buckwheat hulls, which you cannot wash. They do not compress in volume and the heat they have absorbed is released gradually.

There are three ways of heating it up. In the sun, on the radiator or for one minute in the microwave oven at a 700 W power output. They release the heat and provide pain relief.

You can use it for tummy aches, menstrual pains, headaches, gout pains, blocked spine or neck, rheumatic pains in limbs and joints and to prevent varicose veins.
